PAC-GEM develops and operates technology solutions for enterprise customers.

In some circumstances, we process personal data solely on behalf of a customer and according to that customer’s instructions. In these circumstances, PAC-GEM may act as a data intermediary, while the customer determines the purpose for which the personal data is collected and processed.

Questions concerning personal data held within a customer’s application may therefore need to be directed to the relevant customer. PAC-GEM will cooperate with the customer as required to address such requests.

5. Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not sell personal data.

Where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, information may be disclosed to:

· our employees and authorised contractors;

· technology, hosting, cloud and professional-service providers;

· advisers, auditors and insurers;

Where the PDPA’s requirements concerning overseas transfers apply, PAC-GEM will take appropriate steps to ensure that transferred personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore continually review appropriate safeguards in light of applicable risks.

We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purposes for which it was collected or for legitimate business or legal purposes.

When retention is no longer necessary, we will cease retaining the information or remove the means by which it can reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual, subject to applicable technical, contractual and legal requirements.
